How to get this type of bass sound?

I'm not trying to be flippant, but basically *any* VST (or hardware synth) can get you what you need there! There's honestly nothing special about it. I definitely hear two layers - that "warm bass" you should be able to find easily. Any of Ableton's stock synths can produce that. If not grab a really ubiquitous synth like Sylenth and that'll work too. The pad is nicely isolated for you in the first 20 seconds of the vid. There are two simultaneous pad notes being held (D and F?). Just hold those keys down and scroll thru pad presets.

If you're REALLY looking for a VST recommendation, try Omnisphere for that kind of vibe? It's pricey and a resource-hungry software though...
