How to get Permissions to post Edits/bootlegs/remix on Soundcloud ?

Does anyone knows whats the best way to get it, or how to approach on writing emails in that matter, keep it simple and straight forward?

You would need permissions/releases from the publisher(s)/copyright owner for the song, as well as from the record company for the track itself (that particular recorded version). Do you have a particular track in-mind?

Without them making any coin, I'd say chances are slim...
 
Thanks for comment i dont have a track in mind but im thinking of starting doing edits/bootlegs/remixs and uploading to soundcloud, but first want to find out how it works legally how to get permissions etc.
 
Are you planning on selling the edit/bootleg/remix? Editing/sampling/altering copyrighted audio is illegal in almost every case but in general if you're not causing financial harm to the creators and owners of the material they won't be too concerned. Most bootlegs are not cleared, you decide how you want to approach it though
 
Im planing just to upload to Soundcloud and later if possible upload to youtube.
 
YouTube will pull copyrighted material if they catch it.
