How to get patterns not to shift off beat while arranging in FL studio?

This has been annoying for me for quite some time. When you arrange your patterns in the playlist depending on where you click or how you drag your patterns, they often shift a little to the right or the left which can obviously make your song off beat if you dont notice it.

The problem is it's hard to see if a pattern is placed off target unless you really zoom and i just find this incredibly time consuming making sure my patterns in the exact right spot. And i'm using a 40 inch screen too lol

So is there an option i can click to autofit the pattern properly. I find this annoying as hell lol

in the playlist editor in the top left there is a magnet button, click on it and in the drop down menu select snap to "cell"
