How Quiet Should I be Listening Through My Monitors?

If you're having to raise your voice a fair bit to talk over your speakers then I wouldn't listen at that level for too long. Talking level seems good for long periods of time, can turn them up occasionally to get a feel for the bass. Just make sure to take regular breaks!
