Heys guys my set up is a mpc 2000xl and korg triton n a behringer 1204 usb xenyth mixer. I want to track out my beats to the pro tools m7 i have on my labtop. My audio interface is a m audio premobile usb interface and it has no midi interface. My questions are can i track the sounds from my mpc as well as my korg triton with this set up accurately? If so how do i do this? And also does it matter what midi interface i get? Which methods and products would u guys suggest will allow me to do this at the lowest price..?

What I do is track the digital OUT from my MPC to my soundcard's IN & record it in Audacity. Audacity doesn't have midi though. You should be able to in about any DAW. Connect your mixer's OUT to your Audio Interface's IN. Set your midi settings on your MPC &/or Triton, I guess it would depend on which is the master/slave, & set your DAW's settings accordingly.
