Help a new producer make beats like this!!

What's up people,

One of my big influences is PARTYNEXTDOOR and I want to make beats like him, R&B / Trap / Hip Hope type beats for example:







Where should I start? VSTs? Packs? Samples?

thinking more towards samples / vsts and packs. Also if anyone knows how to make my 808s like him it would be good

There's alot of vst's and paccs out there. If you use FL there is a lot of starter up kits. Alot you have to pay for but there is a lot of free kits and vsts online. Just type "rnb yada yada yada." At ANNEX, I'm more of a street music type guy with some Mos Def & Talib on the side but I checced out your 1st & 2nd beats. Impressed.
