Help! 808's playing in only 1 key in FL

In FL studio, 808's in some of my drum kits only play in one key no matter what note I hit. I've been trying to figure it out for some time now. I've compared the setting between ones that do work and the ones that don't and I cant find a diffence.

If someone knows what I'm talking about and knows a way to fix it please let me know, I would greatly appreciate it.

i wanna know too, most work but for some reason even if you mess with the root function on any daw, some just do not change pitch.

how does that happen how do you create an uneditable drum sample
 
In Sampler/Time stretching right click on 'time' and select '(none)' or just move the knob to 000:00:000.
