Fruity loops 9 question

Im need to know how to extend the step recording tabs over to the right of the screen ...continously. Say for instance if i record a track with a vst , then want to lay the drum track using the tabs in fruity loops how do extend the regions to the right> in the sequencer window? example in this window

But really you should use a different pattern for every element in your beat so you can have the most flexibility when arranging your sequences in the playlist.
