adjusts beats?if you mean stretching slicex edison logic audacity reaper etc it seems all of them have an exact stretcher(decimal stretching ability is godsend)
If you dont want artifacts on stretched stuff you might have to look for some 96khz-192khz resampled versions of whatever.samplerate isnt important if you dont want to stretch something above 1.5 of it's original length and only want to make it match up to a part of your song then 44.1-48khz is more than enough.
