FL Studio won't import files

After I got my PC back from service, when I've tried to import files in step sequencer or Edison, nothing happens. There's some exclusion and part of the files can be imported, but around 80% of them can't. I had this problem few months ago and end up formatting my PC.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem?
