FL Studio Piano Roll Problem. Help?

Hello everyone so when i put notes into the piano itll stack 3 notes automatically. Any ideas about how to fix this?
 
Did you accidentally set up a chord?
Open up piano roll>go to piano roll options (top left)>Scroll down to chord> scroll to the top where it says "None" and click that and you should be good to go.
