fl studio 9 plug ins

i have been using ableton until now but i want to try fl studio since there are more tutorials but ...
my fl studio 9 doesnt have plug ins like harmless and so on should these be already on fl when installing the programm or do you have to download these seperately
(i have tried to download it but dont find nothing but viruses) can somedy help
