I like the jazzy feel that the track brings, the main melody has a nice vibe to it. However, I feel like there's a lot of rhythmic clashing in your mix. The background ambiance guitar and bass seems to collide with the mix, and the snare hits randomly at times where I think it could be saved. Work on the EQing a little bit too, this well help with the overall muddiness. Otherwise, I have no critiques. This track will be real soulful and jazzy with a few tweaks man, keep at it!
