Fantom G6, MPC1000, M-Audio Fast Track Pro, & Protools 8 Problems

I have Fantom G6, MPC1000, M-Audio Fast Track Pro, & Protools 8, and i need exact details on how to sync everything together. As far as mpc to fantom (audio & midi cables), what cables connect to Fast Track Pro and how to sync everything to protools 8 (& midi settings for PT8). I need help bad people, Please help if you can with step by step instructions for all......

I would personaly ditch the mpc 1000 ..the Roland fantom G6 is all u really need imo ....
