Ensoniq midi full level?

Hey guys ive been using my ensoniq eps 16+ as a controller for my triton rack and i sequence with my mpc. i noticed that when ever i want to lay something down i have to press the keys pretty hard to get the full sound. is there a way that i could make the keys bring out the full sound without pressing on the keys so hard? in other words is there a way to get the full level like on the mpc?

You should be change the "TOUCH" parameter in the SYSTEM/MIDI menu and adjust the velocity curve there.
 
how would i go about that. i failed to mention im new to the eps i literally started using it a couple days ago. now i know where the midi system menu is but i didnt see anything that said "touch"
 
hit edit and system on the eps - somewhere in there you can set the velocity reponse to soft, medium, etc
