Do you use a AKiA S3000, or any sampler?

Do you use an akia sampler for sampling? if not, then what do you use?
 
I have 2 Akai S2000, they are built on the same board as the S3000 but have a smaller LCD screen, they need to be booted from a disk (floppy or SCSI) and have fewer outputs as standard (can be expanded, 8 outs + digital in/out) they take the same effects and filter expansion options as the S3000 and you can connect it to a computer for editing and sending samples using MESA or sending samples with an older copy of ReCycle just the same as with the S3000.
 
I had an S2000. that shit sounds soo tight. now I use an MPC but a lil' bit missing the sound of the S.
 
I have an S3000 i learned to use it by reading the manual which can be found at akaipro.com I also have an Ensoniq EPS and an akai mpc 2000.
 
I use an emu e4k.Great sampler, sample a sound it loops it truncates it & places it in a program for you.....& the filters are crazy. It seems more like a synth than a sampler with all the modulation options.
I like the keyboard action too, I use it everyday along side my 2500. Fits in perfect.
