Have been having some discussions recently about trying to recreate the sound of old original drum breaks in a VST after coming across these Fakes & Beats drums (see link) These drum packs are meant to have been done in a DAW. Are there any other realistic DAW/VST vintage sounding break-beat drums out there? What VSTs/virtual drum kits would be good for this? Obviously lots of tape emulators!
