Deleting an Audio Track

I am using Adaptec EasyCD creator software to create a CD of my favorites and everything went smoothly while creating the CD except that one of the tracks appears to have not recorded cleanly. How can I overwrite that track or at least delete it and re-record it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If there is better software that is as easy to use I am open to suggestions too.

if a track doesn't record properly, there was a problem with the .wav file itself....if it's already recorded to a cd-r, it's physically impossible to erase/overwrite....just make a new cd
