I just bought a DDM4000 and have 2 NDX900's but the crossfader doesn't function properly instead of left to right playing one ndx both play at the same time except when i push the crossfAader to extreme right?

Can anyone offer suggestions on how to fix this.. does it have anything to do with a relay cable?

um, i would say look around at the mixers settings, or get a new cross fader. i know the ddms by berhinger can be a bit complex.
