DDJ S1 no sound, please help

Yesterday I got my DDJ S1 and I tried to use it with ITCH. But there´s no sound. I tried everything but I coudnt find a solution. I searched with Google too.
I use it with Windows 7 64bit.

Can you help me? I hope so.
