Could some one give me an advice of how to become a better producer?

YO! you've got the right attitude, alls I can say is always keep learning and listening. Have music on all the time, and dont ever think you know it all, I once had a "Composition for Dummies," and "idiots guide to cubase" book and have never been ashamed! Break down beats by producers you love and build them back up, aim for the best!
