Chord sound!

Hi everyone!

I'm really a noob, so if this should be obvious please understand, im at a point where im starting, and nothing.. :)
But i would really like to know how some producer make this, what sound the me is like a pluck, as a chord... For example listen to Sia: Cheap Thrills, or late in Kygo's remix of I See Fire, you can also hear this pluck-ish sounded chord.
I've had a lot of trouble of trying to figuring out how to ''make'' this sound!

So i hope anyone of you could help me out!
 
Use a normel cord (tonic, subdom., dominant) and then use tonic spread out in octaves for a "fuller" sound. Just mak sure that it isn't "clashin"g with the chord itselves. Take a look at the sticky threads here just for good meshure.
