Can anyone please help me out by pointing out a peice of software that will chop a single audio file 700meg wav up into separate tracks without copying, paste to new, then cut and so on until you have say 15 tracks to write to cd instead of one 1 track ... Thankx in advance ..

I think CD ARCHITECT does this.
it used to be a part of SOUND FORGE as a plugin I think, I am not sure how it is distributed now.search the net for info on CD Architect

there was a huge thread about this a while ago
good luck

nero does this in a non-destructive way, ie: your file will go back to one large 700mb file after youre done chopping it up & burning it to CD...

plus its the absolute best CD burning software out there anyways, so you cant go wrong :D
