Can't get asio4all to work - help please?

Hi, I have a Dell windows 10 laptop and am using Tracktion Waveform free with two USB midi controllers (seaboard and Roland fp30 digital piano).
The windows audio drivers work fine except for the latency which I want to reduce. When I install the latest asio4all drivers Waveform sees it fine and can select it, but then playing the midi instruments results in an initial screech and then silence.

Can someone advise what to try to get the asio4all to work properly please.

Is that with the sound card built into the laptop or do you have a dedicated sound card?
If not get one and use the Asio drivers that come with it.
Most Laptop onboard sound is C%^p!

It is very simple you just need to go to the Windows Start Menu and open ASIO4ALL Offline Settings and get the asio4all. When I was writing some papers with the help of https://www.topwritersreview.com/reviews/superiorpapers/ site then I also needed asio4all then I searched it and got this answer.
