Can't find this song driving me crazy (hollaback girl sample)

Heard this song on the radio in nyc. basically it was some guy rapping over the Hollaback Girl intsrumental. sounds lame but he killed it! any ideas?
 
Joe Buddens maybe?? I remember hearing him spit over that beat.

i dont think that's it. i believe this didn't have gwen stefani on it at all as he was also rapping his own chorus with the same basic melody and rhythm. appreciate it though, that's the closest i've been so far.
