california love video - whats that beat?

hope i posted in the right forum this time :)

anyone remember the two cali love videos - pt 1 and 2, and at the end of the 1** and the start of the 2nd (when pacs dreamin) theres a class beat playin (not cali love).

its like a really basic piano loop, but it sounds nice - anyone know if it was ever a real track,or just somethin for the video?

I dont know where the original sample came from but I know
EPMD used it on there first album.
Knick knack paddy wack.
 
I don't know about the breakdown beat, but the main sample in the song is called "Da Bomb" by Inner Circle.

i might just make a blend out of the loop and put some acapella on it.
