How's it going guys. I've been playing drums for 12 years and looking to learn how to produce music. I have FL Studio and some plugins, and am currently taking a Music Theory course to give myself a good background on writing melodies. EDM/Rap beats are quite overwhelming when starting from scratch, and I was wondering if anyone could recommend a sequence of steps I should take to get good. I can put in 3-4 hours a day. Are there any good courses that I should take? Are there any producers on here that would be willing to mentor/teach me? Obviously I would pay. I'm looking for a structured way to get good through hard work and dedication. If anyone could point me in the right direction that'd be great. Thanks.
