Best software ASR-like setup

Can any one tell me the best way (that you know of) to achieve an ASR like work flow. I have a MV8000, MPC 1000, NI Maschine and an Axiom 61. I mainly use Pro Tools and Machine's software (I have Logic as well, but I've never fired it up, came on a Mac I bought used). I'd like to be able to spread my chops out over more than 16 pads and have access to them all without having to change banks. I like to spread em out and trigger them with the Axiom. The ability to transpose would be nice too, lol. I'd also like to be able to get a note to sustain like you can on the MV (and the ASR from what I hear).

Am I asking for too much? Thanks.
