Autotune in R&B

So i was just wondering what everyone thought of autotune in R&B, im a big fan of R&B music and if something sounds good then its good period, and i didnt mind alittle autotune in the background vocals of a chorus but now im hearing entire songs in heavy auto tune! i dont know what i think about it! anyone else??

yeah i hear ya, everyone has to start somewhere tho. i do enjoy it lightly like in chorus or background vocals!

Auto-tune should be the last thing a Rnb artist should consider adding to their track. At least to me I'm use to artist like R.Kelly, Aaron Hall, Jodeci, Shai, Kieth Sweat and Boy II Men. But it is what it is.
