Audio interface advice

I'm looking to buy a new audio interface, and I thought I'd ask for some recommendations. I have a pretty wide range of requirements for it:

Recording a few instruments at the same time, not a drum kit.
I also want to do a lot of sampling from vinyl, and use a digital dj system like serato.
A separate headphone out, and if possible outputs for multiple monitors.

Oh and I don't have a FireWire port.

Any recommendations would be much appreciated!

- You can look at the presonus and focusrite lines which will probably meet most of your needs.
- you'll still need a phono pre if your tables don't have one built in.

Right, that is the question I think I should have been asking.
Is there an audio interface that would let me both record instruments, and plug my decks straight into, without needing an extra pre?

Hi Bob,

Something like the Focusrite Scarlett 18i6 sounds like it would be suitable for your requirements. It can record both instruments and connect your decks (if they are jack outputs) Also, you've got 6 outputs on the unit which can be individually routed through our Mix Control software (included)

If you go onto our website and you'll find it under 'products>USB Audio interfaces' - Let me know if you need anymore help.

Cheers!

Miles
