Are these decks any good? I know Gemnin mixers are bollox but I hear that the PT2100s have great torque and are very sturdy. What do you all think? Hit me with some knowledge!
I had some PT2000 MKIII's (same spec as PT2100's) and they have good torque, but the casing isn't very solid, so you get quite a bit of reverberation. Alsothe tonearm isn't what it could be
" YEA I GUESS THEY R GOOD, I GOT THA PT2400'S AND THEY ROCK. IT HAS PRETTY GOOD TORQUE 4 GOOD SKRATCHING. PLUS SUM OTHER FEATURES THAT THA 2100 DOESNT HAVE. THA 2100 IS ALMOST THA SAME AS THA 2400 BUT DOESNT HAS THA QUARTS LOCK, REVERSE, OR LCD DISPLAY."
actually it has the quartz lock, and reverse... but no (useless) lcd display that tells (direction?) ... anyway i have a pair and they rock... good investment for the money
