er go to generators, the fruity scratcher
drag it onto the pattern list thingy

It's not a generator. In FL it is considered an effect, so you can't load it on a channel. You have to load it into one of your mixer FX slots. Sorry I don't have any tips on how to use it. I like the Wave Traveller for scratch effects.
