Anyone know a good voice emulator?

Like the kind that you type in some words and a computer-like voice dictates what you type, like Apple Speak, or whatever that apple program was.

Know of any free-ware?

FL studio has a pretty descent one.... i use it all the time . u can change the diffrent voices from martian to choir boy kinda funny
