Actualy profiting from a mixtape.

I was wondering, cuz ive seen videos of all these guys from down south making like 10gs from mixtapes, what are the chances of this actualy happening. i myself am from ny and im trying make some money finaly. lets say i have the songs all set and done and ther actualy some bangers, how do i move from there to make the money, all bull**** aside.

it depends on how well received ur mixtape will be my cousin runs with a d list rapper ..and he turns in a mix tape once a week from this rapper and he makes 5000...yes 5k for every mixtape they turn in

theres a dj pool that they belong to .. and the dj pool pays them..or rather the artist ..and the artist pays my cousin
