The way you cut the sample is great. The only thing I would change is maybe try adding variation to keep it fresh for the entire listening period. Felt a bit repetitive. Good instrument nonetheless

Really cool beat, nicelly flipped, cool sounding drums.
like the other guys said, it's a little repetetive(i got that same problem) but with an dope emcee rapping on it, you wouldn't even notice it, almost all boombap beats are repetetive as ****, but great job keep doing your thing check out my thread:
