2011 DJ Mix (Some feedback)

I'm a relatively new to mixing and DJ ing but its all I've been doing cause I'm loving it and am so addicted to it Finally found the courage to post one online and need some serious critiquing. Mind you its far from perfect but I basically just tried tot beatmatch and let tracks seamlessly flow together. Some of the music is very obscure but there's some mainstream stuff thrown in there.

really not my cup of tea music wise - first mix sounded messy but that may have been more to do with the percussiuon arrangements. definitely lose the voiceover though.

Can you tell me what is the first most important thing in a mixed song every DJ looks for?

I'm really not sure as I'm starting out, but I'm gonna say a seamless transitions between two beat matched songs. Also EQ so that two songs playing together in one mix don't overpower each other and sound messy.
