KRK Rokit 5's hissing problem?

I know this topic has probably been posted before but there's something specific I want to ask.

I have used balanced cables, I have the interface turned all the way down, but it still keeps hissing. I've also tried plugging the monitors in to a power source on their own, but I still have the problem.

Does this mean that my speakers (or at least the tweeters) have blown?

you need a power conditioner.. I had similar problem once i plugged my studio set up into a furman power conditioner the hiss went away
