There is a formula to sync LFO to bpm ( if the synth doesn't have this capability ) anyone know what it is.
I had it written down once, but can't find it.

For quarter notes divide the bpm by 60 (e.g. 120 bpm would be 2 Hz). You can do this for any other value as well (for eighth notes divide by 30, whole notes by 120, etc.).

60/BPM x LFO = Y
Where LFO is the LFO rate in beats and Y is the LFO rate in seconds...is that what you are talking about?
