Key Change of Samples with MPC tuning

This question is really a music theory question.

I have a sample that is the key of A minor and I want to change it to the key of C. With my MPC, I can tune the sample by a percentage. Does anyone know how to, or have a formula for changing the key of a sample by a percent increase/decreace of tune.

Btw, I find the key of my samples with Rapid Evolution. A very good tool for harmonic mixing. If you are a DJ, check it out.

how bout a lil trial and error? since you have something that tells you the key, pitch the sample til you think it's right, then use the same key finding tool to see what key it's in.
