How do I build up until the chorus?

Not sure i understand you're question correct, but if i do, i'd say with a snare drum roll and maybe a vocoder for instance on the tracks, play with the automation

With this track, if it were me, I would add maybe a gated, high passed saw that starts an octave above the one thats there and gradually over 4 bars (maybe 8) has an automated pitch shit up to the next octave (maybe 2) up.

or try extending that white noise more and making that buildup more gradual.

The build up can happen a number of ways. With volume, dynamics, instruments, key change or song structure. Even a tempo change can present it.

make the whole beat first. Like the first 8 to 12 bars of the beat with everything added. then structure the song and add and take out.. best way by far

what i like to do is throw in an arpeggio of the the last chord before the chorus + a rev chrash. I cant seem to play your song but maybe that could work.
