1) The easy way (Copyright laws notwithstanding; this is not a promotion/advocation of the technique, but purely for informational purposes)-- Sample anything from the first 10 seconds.
2) The more intense/"from scratch" way-- Start with an acoustic bass drum with some/minimal padding, and a wooden beater on the pedal (an actual or virtual drum); cut highs to taste and or add EQ (you're trying to achieve an almost intentionally "box-y" sound); add delay that creates a 1/16th note repeat pattern, and also EQ the effect itself if possible on your particular unit/plug-in; add filter processed noise and a vinyl "crackle and hiss" loop, and !VOILA!
