"Let The Piano Play" chilling hip-hop beat (F4F)

So here you it is my new relaxing beat. What do you think? What can/should I improve? All sugestions are welcomed

Cool beat, is the piano a sample? I just think the mix can be better especially with the kick and snare, like I think they can hit harder. Try parallel compressing them. Good job overall though!

Thanks for advice. I'm aware that the mixing is not perfect, I'll try to improve it. And yes, the piano is a sample

The sample sounds a bit off key imo

the drums need to be brought out more and they dont work too well together and the beat is abit empty try adding a few pads maybe and more bass

I think you should layer this track up. Add some instruments and play some chords to accompany the melody. I'm missing a sense of fullness from the track. It feels empty. I also feel like you need to chill on the hi-hats a bit. Overall, I like the concept your going for.
