The beat's greatest virtue is that it can accommodate rapping with more emphasis on content and storytelling while simultaneously being a banger. The track certainly has a solid foundation but could use expansion. The biggest weakness would be that the 808 only really plays one note, and some moments were the 808 goes up a few notes could make the beat have more energy and variation. Also if possible try to not have all the instruments play at once, instead of layering all the instruments at once only during a chorus section. I also think adding a low pass filter could allow for more variability as well.
