F4F dark hip hop. rviderklvn old//3-6 mafia type beat. with vocals.

returning feedback...

this mad dark fam.. i can see where you coming from.

however, i don't know if you would consider this lo-fi.

the lyrics can be brought out a little more in the mix, but other than that, sounds like you're staying in your lane and doing your thing, which i appreciate that. respect.

I plan on mixing the beat/vocals to have a lofi, rviderklvn/sgp/low budget early-mid 90s type feel.

Love the fill right before the initial drop. It's a little hard to hear the first vocalist, they could probably have a little more spotlight in this mix. The second voice that comes in around 2:00 seems to sit in the mix a little better. I agree that I wouldn't necessarily call it lo-fi, but it's definitely gritty. The sound samples throughout are a nice touch as well.

They're actually the same vocalist[me] just one pitched down and one not.

Not a lo-fi track . The vocal part has some dark elements , not only the pitched down , but some laughs voices etc .
It sounds more like new era trap style etc .

Thanks for the feedback!

- Definitely has that 3-6 mafia old school sound
- I would turn up the kick in the mix
- I would eq some of the high end of the snare to make it have more pop
- I think the mix is a little cluttered but the atmosphere is great
- I can't really hear your vocals so I can't really comment

Overall -- vibe is great but mix needs work

Thanks man, I appreciate the detail. I'm still very new to fully understanding how important the final mix is, and being able to hear the weak or problematic areas and diagnose exactly what it needs.
