Just posting my third beat (finished of course ), it's a Meek Mill/Wale type, at least to me.

Love the panning at the start

At 1:33 I felt like it needed something else added in to signify the change and then something else for the change back but other than that I really liked the dark melody.
I could definitely see something really nice be done in the rap for those pitch shifts

The beat goes hard but personally it feels like its missing something. Try to bring out the highs a little when eqing and make the kicks a little louder to make it hard hitting. Also throwing in a buildup wouldn't be bad idea either. It definietely sounds like a Meek Mill or Wale type track good work!

Not bad but you need to mix it better. That snare needs to crack more. Try some EQ and compression. Also you need to add some more parts on the turnarounds (where the beat changes up to verse or chorus, etc.). Keep grinding homie. Check me out:

I like the beat man, i would have tried to find a harder hittin kick tho, also with the pitch change i would be careful when u bring the pitch back up to the normal level it didnt flow too well

i like the filtered sound...reduce the amount of reverb in the mix...eq some of those elements, that are a bit harsh...nice skeleton, add a few more elements...nice work...keep grinding.

Thanks for the feedback, agree with all of it. Wanted to do some more variations but had this sitting on the PC for way too long.
