Delivery and flow on point, seems like you know how to write "a song". like you aren't overly concerned with just being lyrical but writing something relateable. I listened till about 3:40ish, shit was solid even the singing on the chorus/bridge was dope. beat sounds sampled, but either way the Fender Rhodes in the BG is cold, beat is good no complaints there ... havent heard eastcoast/boombap drums in a minute.

Dig your flow and voice everytime... Your on point sir. Dope shit. Even the sung chorus is good and usually I don't dig that kind of stuff...
 
Beat's great, your flow is nice, you have a fair amount of personality, which isn't something you see a lot with rappers. Flow sounds on point, not much to criticize but I would try to either stay on the beat a bit more or something, maybe this is the nature of the instrumental but I couldn't find myself headbobbing to this. That's pretty nit picky though, keep up the good work man.
