There are 3 things you can do at this point.
1). Look up where the sample from Donald Trump (if one was used) came from.
2). Go look through your own music collection to find something. La la la's are quite common in many genres of music.
3). Record yourself doing the la la la's and pitch it up, filter, etc. to your heart's content til you get the sound you want.
