I haven't heard the Black Lion Auter but I've heard great things about it and its stereo. Also you want a really clean pre the grace m101, Focusrite isa one is nice to.

Focusrite isn't that great. I just sold mine to buy a neve 1073

Grace m101 or True Systems P-SOLO. Right now I have a PreSonus Eureka Pro, it ok but I'm thinking about selling it and getting a MXL MPac1 or Grace m101

I have the BLA, great deal for the money. That or the P Solo.
