Setting Master Fader In Sonar X1

Does anyone know how to create a master fader in sonar then have all the tracks and busses routed to that fader....I want to do this so I can add a limiter on my mix before exporting...you bringing the overall volume up.

Most people will have their SONAR files with 5 busses A,B,C,D, and Master in addition to the soundcard's bus. I assume you know how to set up busses. Well, you simply assign the output of each track and/or bus to the bus you set up called 'Master' and then its output goes to your sound card's bus. That should give you a full strip to do as you wish.

Sonar X1 doesn't automatically give you a Master Fader?

That would be too surprising. I'm sure it's there somewhere. Maybe you just haven't seen it yet?

Sonar creates new session already WITH master faders. You have to make sure you have the output of your tracks assigned to Master and not the physical output.
