Speeding Up Hi Hats and Snares in Fl Studio

Does anyone know how to do that....if so can u help me out wit that........
 
Naw im talkin bout if my tempo is at 95 and i want my hats to speed up......
 
Changing the time signature speeds up a track without changing the tempo.......
 
So if your speed is 95 adjust the tempo to 110 and play everything like in 95 BPM.
For example there is one step between 2 drum hits at 95 BPM you should make 2 steps between those at 110 BPM.

Belive me - you'll have so much more possibilities if u stick to this type of working.

yea i agree ^
right click on the hihats and click piano roll
and just have it play the hats as fast as you want it
 
right click hi hat in step seq > send to piano roll > go to tools and select chop (alt+u) > mess with the time mul to select the number of slices of the notes and mess with the other setting for other effects

note: you can also select sections of notes and just chop those up.
